Young at Heart offers a range of services to combat social isolation faced by older people in and around North Staffordshire. The group is always welcoming new people and meets on alternate Thursdays from 10:00 – 12:30pm. Their Programme of Events include bingo, quizzes, live music, informative talks from local guests and seasonal parties, e.g. Christmas.

Every Wednesday throughout term time from 9:30 – 11:30am the Big Cup playgroup, run by the Alice Charity meets in the café at Breathe New Life. The playgroup is free and open to parents babies and toddlers, there is a great selection of toys to play with and complimentary refreshments are provided.

On selected Wednesdays throughout the term, Breathe Youth run Grow Nights from 7:00-8:30pm for those in years 7 to 12.
